Open the leg with a screwdriver and attach it to the stand.
As other reviewers have pointed out, these legs can be a problem when pushing down on a Kohler dishwashing rack. Suggestions: Find enough space and place the stand on a towel to avoid scratching or slipping when swapping legs. I used my countertop next to the sink. Before installing each leg, take a flathead screwdriver and insert it into the new leg to make the hole more flexible for easier placement on the stand. Nice to have new legs on my racks!
