Shimmering bullshit, I regret the purchase.

After a few weeks in the dressing table they started blinking every time we started the washing machine. We invited an electrician to our home to check our wiring, everything was fine. We replaced those bulbs with Cree equivalents and the flickering is gone. In fact, the bunch of RevainBasics LEDs we bought turned out to be junk. Stay away from them!

Pros

This LED bulb consumes only 6W of energy and saves up to $37.39 over the life of the bulb compared to its incandescent equivalent (based on 3 hours per day, 11 cents/kWh, may vary by tariff and usage)
