The fit is true to size.
I have traumatic brain injury and need a full head helmet. The fit is great with the adjustable wheel. It feels like it was made specifically for me. Very pleasant, no matter what the outside temperature is. I bought a winter liner for it and since it's an adjustable helmet I can comfortably wear a hat underneath. I recommend it to anyone who rides a bike. If I needed another one I would buy this helmet again. BONUS: He's just handsome.
