The overall design of these intercoolers is acceptable. The welds are good and strong and it comes out of the box with a nice finish. The problem with these intercoolers is that they have almost no internal fins in the heat exchanger. I turned around and sent mine back immediately after looking at it. Internal fin density is everything for efficient cooling, and this is where trade-offs are made to save money. Do yourself a favor and look at Treadstone intercoolers if you want a quality part at a good price and leave these on the shelf.
