My husband and I have slept under down comforters for the past 45 years. These are the best down comforters we've ever had and I thoroughly recommend them. We bought two comforters because my husband and I each sleep under our own comforter European style. The tags on these comforters confirm what the seller described: that they are filled with a minimum of 93% white goose down, 800 fill power, 30 ounces for a twin-size comforter. The tag also says that the contents have been sterilized. The comforters did not have a smell to them, and we have not had any symptoms that would suggest allergic responses. The comforter is well made. I ran each one through the dryer for 30 minutes on low heat to fluff them up when we first got them. There was no down leakage, strings, or anything else caught in the dryer filter at the end of the fluffing. The comforters are made with true baffle-box construction. The tucks on each square on the top side of the comforter are not as visible in "real life" as they appear in the seller's photo. The tucks' main function is to increase the height of each baffle box so the down can fluff up to its full capacity. They do their job! The comforters came out of the dryer and each baffle box was puffed up luxuriously full. The comforter covers are made of soft cotton material. There is no crinkling noise from the cover or the down filling. It's just soft, light fluffiness that settles gently over you in bed. These are the best comforters we've ever slept under. (For hygiene and to extend the life of the comforters, we always use a duvet cover over each one. The duvet cover is our "top sheet" and we wash it every time we change the sheets on the bed.)
