Completely covers water and has good volume control. If you're buying this for an RV, it needs to be installed in your mind. The cut-off doesn't allow you to screw it in on the grips in most cases. Also, step to the side when you first turn on the water in the wheeled shower, the water comes out VERY hot before it evens out.
