Mine came as described with adhesive. The latches on the little box they came in were broken, but for me they sit in a toolbox so it wasn't a problem. I used the heat-shrink on auxiliary light wiring and they worked great. Another nice thing is they come long enough to cut into smaller sections if needed.
- Love it. Easy to use and it does what it say it does
- May not be as durable as other tubing options
