My first server build

Despite my concerns, using this board for my first server build went well. At first I had memory problems (my fault - I bought the wrong parts) - the board told me. Not very clear but it told me. I bought a new ram and boom - everything worked. :-) What I like: 8 SATA ports, fancy LEDs that add visual impact, M.2 with heatsinks. What I didn't like:-1. No USB-C port on the front of my case (so I bought one for a few bucks and it works - not full USB-C, but at least it saves me from a broken port - see image for more details); and 2. Lack of Linux software to play with RGB settings. Those are my only criticisms, and with my USB-C adapter, it didn't really matter. Great pay. It just WORKS for me with my 3900X processor, 64GB RAM, seven 6TB IronWolf drives and two NVMe drives. I used this in a Fractal Define 7 case and cable wise everything was there. I like the end result. I like and recommend this mobo.
