I just received my tablet, as soon as I inserted the SD card it worked. I had to use a needle to get it out without damaging the tablet. I have just emailed the seller and informed Revane as well. Now I'm not happy because this is my third tablet since December 2019, the other two were Manjee 64GB so I chose this one. My friend has a 16GB Lectrus and has no problem with it. The SD card slot is broken as the SD card is suitable for other 3 tablets and 3 cell phones in the house, this tablet also has live video from 2013. As soon as I hear from the seller I will change my rating. Update 01-15 received an email from the seller saying Revain is responsible for the damaged tablet and sent me a link to Revain on Revain, they will be sending a new replacement today. I'll post an update when I get it tonight. Update 16/01/20 Well I received my new tablet last night so far the problem with it. I was unable to use my 128GB SD card due to a previous issue with the Revain tablet and I was refunded my money for the SD card and was able to order another one. Just got home from work and it was delivered, I didn't expect it until Friday. I've installed it so far, nothing bothers me. :) Update 01-26 All my video chats are still coming out black so I'm not happy Update 14-02-20 @ 23:45 I took my tablet out of the box and opened the case it was in, didn't want to to turn it on after a few minutes then it turned on but now my touchscreen doesn't work I can't lock it. Now I'm not happy. I have a Sprint Galaxy tablet that is over 6 years old and has never had a problem since December 2018. I have had 2 different types of tablets and none of them work properly. I am not happy.
