So much easier on my review.

Though I haven't used them too much yet (it's simply to hot to bake right now), I can see that it is so much easier to put these individual parchment pieces on the baking sheet without the usual rolling up and fighting with keeping the corners down while putting the baking item on it. The small bit of extra cost is worth not fighting with the roller cutter and having nice clean, flat sheets!

Pros

Nice value for the money and self storage/dispenser box is a great feature

Cons

The paper may not be suitable for use on a grill due to high heat exposure
