I needed something to connect a bootable USB drive and keyboard to a Windows tablet that only has a micro USB port. The thing did its job. I like the versatility of the ports and everything seems to be working properly. I was able to boot from the USB stick and activate the keyboard at the same time. The only criticism of the processing quality is that the plug is inserted rather loosely into the socket. It's the same no matter what device I connect it to, so it's definitely this adapter. If I bump or move the device while this adapter is plugged in, the connection will be lost. As long as I kept everything on the table, everything worked fine.
