These glasses definitely block blue light. They come with a blue light and a card showing how to confirm they are working and I am confident they will do the job. However, I can't say I suffer from any negative effects from blue light or get any benefit from blocking it with these glasses. .Like many others, I work from home and look at my work laptop 9-10 hours a day, plus I use a USB-C hub to connect two additional monitors to it. Add to that the time I spend on my iPhone, iPad (to write reviews like this) or sometimes playing video games and I'm probably getting more screen time than I need. So, I've been trying these glasses for a few days and I really can't say I've noticed a difference in my sleeping habits, my ability to relax after work, etc. However, if blue light is an issue for you, I believe these glasses will block it.
