I just installed it today but while I can't comment on the durability of the pump I have to say it has run without incident and looks perfect for a factory block. I installed it on a 2003 Hummer H2. While replacing the pump, I also replaced the radiator, upper/lower hoses, ribbed and A/C belts, and thermostat. These are all potential failure points in a 150,000 mile car, so I just did everything at once. The whole thing took about 4 hours. It might be quicker/easier on another truck because my Hummer is on top and the hood opens forward so it was difficult to get the job done. EDIT: 1 month later - seems to be working better than OEM. It cools the oil so well it seems like it never surpasses 120-130. Coolant temp is also lower overall, staying around 170-180. So far I am particularly satisfied with this pump. EDIT: Still works great in my Hummer; I liked it so much I bought it on behalf of my neighbor who owns a pickup truck. Arrived, looks and works perfectly right out of the box.
