The best part of CandyBar is the flexibility to create and customize your own rewards programs. It's also very easy to manage, has a great customer service team, and is really well designed. There's not much that I don't like about CandyBar. I'd like to see a better mobile experience. I think that the mobile app could be more useful and more responsive. I also think that the mobile website could be more user friendly. Make sure you do a lot of research on the competition. There are a lot of other options out there, including some really great ones. I use CandyBar to manage my reward programs for employees and contractors. It's been a very simple and flexible solution for me.
