Great platform overall - very intuitive

We use candybar for our employee rewards, it's easy to setup your own reward programs with candy bar! The best part about using candbyar is that you don't have to worry about anything but rewarding people who are doing their jobs well or being awesome in general. It has been great having an all-inclusive solution without needing multiple providers. I haven't found any downsides yet so far! If there was one thing i would change maybe add more categories of things like "awesome" vs just good? But

  • They answered every question thoroughly & quickly :) !!! There should be better recognition (likes) though as its not obvious where those come down within posts unless u pay extra money?! lol

A solid option with many features at an affordable price

The best part of CandyBar is the flexibility to create and customize your own rewards programs. It's also very easy to manage, has a great customer service team, and is really well designed. There's not much that I don't like about CandyBar. I'd like to see a better mobile experience. I think that the mobile app could be more useful and more responsive. Great experience when ordering and redeeming

I love that you can link my candy bar points to any of their products (in addition, they are now able purchase gift cards with your rewards). Their customer service has been great! They have helped me fix some issues as well which was amazing because we were having problems transferring them from one merchant account provider over into another so it would not work for us anymore AND THEY FIXED IT FOR US!! If there's anything i dislike about CANDYBAR its how much more expensive everything gets…

  • How easy things come across while checking out purchases at c stores such fast food drive ins etc
  • Being rewarded weekly by simply just doing everyday activities like shopping online,
  • Paypal option instead if needing cash back..you receive credit card statement credits towards future orders
