This flashlight came with a broken plastic case, the trick is that neither the box nor the packaging it was wrapped in no In Plastic splinters were found inside the box. That means it came broken from the factory. It was packed after it was broken. I understand that quality control is an issue for some companies and this could be an accident, but I probably won't buy from them again. The reason I gave it two stars is that it has some nice remote features and the dimming is very smooth. The color rendering is first class. I'm picky about headlights and indeed they did a good job matching the diodes to the drivers. The problem basically boiled down to it having no specified exit. 3840 lumens should be enough for my office, but my 100w incandescent downlight that I used during installation completely ruined the performance of this light at full brightness. I assume the output of this lamp is around 1200 lumens.
