I always read reviews before buying but rarely write product reviews. I was looking for a knee brace not so much for knee support but because I am overweight and had swelling above my knee which was causing pressure on the knee. What attracted me to this brace was that it was designed for tall people and it was compressive. I was hesitant about which size to buy, my measurements only pushed me towards 5XL but I chose 4XL because I really wanted it to be a snug fit and hopefully get rid of my knee swelling. The 4XL was the right choice, it fits snug and snug but not too tight and cuts off circulation. I was hoping this would increase the swelling more, but I feel safer with it than without. I have no problem holding it, it doesn't roll. I have found that you have to wear it long enough for the material to warm up your skin then it seems to stick better, for the first 30 minutes or so it wants to slip off the top of my knee but once it "warms up" ", judging by the description of the goods, everything is fine. I have to tug on it a few times during the day but it's gravity and it's fine. I would buy this product again.
