If I could give 0 stars I would sell phones as fully unlocked but if it was a Verizon phone it would be locked as soon as you got it try activate it in your cell phone service and when i messaged them they just wanted to get me to return it instead of replacing it as i didn't have a phone at the time as my previous one broke so instead of returning it and i'm waiting god knows how long i'm paying for a refund to unlock it so i can actually use the phone and they keep telling me void of warranty like i don't care about their warranty
