I bought a different humidifier and sent it back because it didn't have enough steam. This is great because you can control the amount of steam you want and for larger rooms they get the job done. I bought two, one for home use and one for my massage practice. My husband and I sometimes have sinus issues and allergies and this humidifier puts out enough vapor so when we wake up our sinuses are clear and I can feel the difference in the way the air feels. Ideal for dry winter weather. My light is good too, but a bit bright for sleeping, so I would turn it off when I was ready to go to bed. It works great in my practice too. It keeps the room nice and hydrated, my clients love it too.
