Mainly used to break down the large purchases of fresh chicken, pork, beef for freezing. As well as chili peppers, soup and sauces. Lately I've decided not to make frequent trips to the grocery store, so this is working out well. Anyway, I found the chili and soup from 2017 and possibly earlier (before I dated everything). Vacuum sealed using a Weston 65-0501-W Professional Advantage vacuum sealer and 0 degrees Fahrenheit, I can say the food condition is stable for months and years. So about bags. I started buying them when there were no Weston bags. They seem to be of equal quality and a bit cheaper (about 2 cents a bag) and they suit me. So I kept ordering them.
