Really aids in relaxation

I was not sure this really would be helpful, but I find that it does help me to relax and sleep. I have the 15 pound version and while you cannot really move aroud much, it feels great to have the comfort. The weight is distributed well, but I caution, the cover feels a bit cheap? I might invest in a better cotton duvet.I have not washed it, so cannot comment on that, but do feel it is a good value for the monery so far.

Exactly what I wanted. Feels heavy enough to ease my anxiety at night. It is soft and has a removable cover that you can wash. The beads are in their own pockets all over the blanket so they won''t shift everywhere. I do get hot in the middle of the night so I usually end up throwing it off but it helps me get to sleep!
