Works great on my review.

If you don't ensure the flange is on all the way around or you get bumped the milk will leak out. I wish they would of done more of a twist to connect the flange. Definitely make sure you get the right flange size or it will feel like it's going to suck your nipple off. Great hands free pump for the price.
