Card works as described. Bluetooth and WiFi work without problems. I have an Aftershocks Bluetooth headset and Sound Core in-ear headphones. Both audio devices connect with minimal effort. Installation was easy, connected card and USB cable. This card plugs into a PCIe connector and requires an internal USB cable to be connected. My ROG STRIX B450 mobile phone has several internal USB ports. The coolest thing in the package was a USB drive with a software driver. Usually drivers come on a CD and I didn't add an optical drive to my assembly. The photo shows the scope of delivery, with the exception of the card, the antennas and the USB cable. There is a plate for half suitcases, a screwdriver, registration and warranty cards, a quick start guide and a USB stick (250 megabytes).
