As the printer had only positive reviews prior to purchase, it is possible that I received a rare faulty product. Following the instructions, I loaded the film and made sure the yellow marks lined up. However, the first one that comes out always sticks and pops out and has to be pulled out with difficulty. I would try to print after the first one and nothing comes out. I get an error saying I should check the film but I can't because if I open the printer and don't use all the film it will be exposed and not used anymore. I tried again with two more packs of film and the same thing happened except I tried to unwrap the last pack and put it back in the printer. The printer eventually prints, but of course the image comes out completely or partially white. I've followed the troubleshooting tips in the full online guide (rebooted, fully charged, power cycled, etc.) but nothing helped. I was always hushed up that the manual says to put in a new film case. I've already tried 3 packs and it's already worth a lot of money.
