Bought this game to use during speech therapy sessions with students. I didn't like it for several reasons: 1) All the hamburgers in this game are different colors. This is good for teaching colors but doesn't make much sense. If you want colorful pieces, why not make them into donuts or candy or something else where the colors of the rainbow make sense? 2) Aside from being unnatural, once you put a hamburger in his mouth he'll instantly fall in his "stomach". But you also have to squeeze/pump your head multiple times after each burger (each burger has a number that determines how many times you need to squeeze, from 1 to 4). It's weird and unnatural. In real life, when do we EVER push someone's head down?! This part of the process just seems unnecessary and distracting. 3) The game is designed to "burst" after all the hamburgers have been eaten (assuming you have reached the maximum amount each hamburger should have). This eliminates the "surprise" when it bursts. 4) The actual "clap" is very anticlimatic. His arms are open and his shirt is open, but not in the most impressive of ways. I've had students skip pop music primarily because they blink or look away for a moment, and when they see a pig they can hardly tell it's changed. my students liked it. Others were unfazed by the dull finish. There are other higher quality games that are more natural and have a more dramatic ending. In Pop Up Pirate the concept is similar but you put swords in a barrel for the pirate to appear (makes sense in real life) and it's really random. The same goes for jumping jacks. The action is to pull out the carrot to see when the bunny jumps. I think Pig Pop has potential, but too many distracting features and boring interfaces make this a thumbs down from me :(
