These rubber cushioned clamps are very sturdy and strong and were perfect for our use. We did a major landscaping job in our back yard. We installed several hose bibs PVC pipe. We wanted the hose bib at least waist high for convenience. So, the PVC coming out of the ground had to be secured to something. We chose the side of our sheds.
