I am a massage therapist who uses fire cups and Korean hard cups, and I wanted to try silicone cups. This product does what it promises. However, for some odd reason, half of every set of sizes I've received barely holds any suction and the other half isn't much better. My husband also experienced the same thing when using them. It's very frustrating to keep picking them up off the floor when they fall down due to lack of suction. Therefore they are best used for sliding jugs instead of stationary ones as they don't have very high suction power. And be aware that they require a lot of oil to be reapplied. They are more difficult to clean than glass or hard plastic cups. Based on my experience I think this product is overpriced, more painful to use and definitely has less suction. I wouldn't change the order because while it helps relieve pain and spasms, I don't think it's as effective as the other two methods already mentioned. If you order this don't buy the clear colorless ones as they will turn yellow over time so I bought the clear blue ones. I have this information from a PT who has used both. I think this type of lamp suction would be good for facials where you don't need strong suction and am considering buying their glass set.
