These feel wonderful I wear a size six and a half women's and I bought the small medium size they could be smaller so that there would be more of a massaging action, that might make them difficult to pull on though.What you should know is there are three pockets in each sock, but there are only two ice packs per sock. So you need to decide whether you want to cool your toes with the half sock or slide it in the heel pocket. I really need them to feel cool all over so there's no option to buy an extra cold pack to slide down the back heel so I will have to buy a different kind or brand. That's kind of a letdown. Otherwise they're really great they're high quality and they feel really good.
