This brush was a gift for a friend of mine. She has very curly hair, which she wears in a bun later in the day when her hair straightening is reversed. As such, she gave me a very insightful review of this particular product. 1) Packaging and accessories, she loved that they came with several clips and thermal gloves. She found it a bit difficult to open but liked all the little extras like clips and pins. It was very professional packaging as soon as it came out of the brown box. 2) Use, so its portability was good, it was more or less the size of a traditional brush, it is not particularly larger or smaller for similar products. . But when combing, she liked that it was safer than a hot iron. Having a setting means she can use the product at a safer heat level so she doesn't have to worry about burning her hair. She noted that there was no less time to straighten, but it was safer. 3) Result. Well I've been to her and indeed the product works as expected, the hair has been straightened and it's nice that she was able to strengthen it further. Another nice touch was an LED temperature gauge. She notes that she's tried other hair products with settings, but liked that it showed the temperature, so it wasn't a guess. Overall she really liked it and was happy to receive it from me! She intends to try it in different situations like after washing and the like to see if it makes a big difference, hair care is important to her so a device that doesn't mess up her hair is always good.
