I have nothing against the Xbox; it was a great fit for this generation.
I only choose the PS5 since I play all of my games on a PC and only require it for Sony-exclusive titles.
Pros
No one recognized that the gamepad is a genuine NextGen device. Sony has created a platform that is not just powerful and quick, but has also pumped sound and tactile experiences, whereas Xbox is placing pressure on visuals and numbers. Together, these factors make gaming more enjoyable.
I've never had a gaming gadget with the new vibration and variable resistance triggers, which offer a singular experience.
Cons
The primary drawback, similar to PS4, is that you cannot connect third-party wireless headphones (for me personally). Additionally, I don't really want to get separate Sony headphones.
Unsurprisingly, only Sony-certified wireless devices can be connected; third-party wireless devices cannot. Still unable to use are my wireless Airpods Pro and Bose QC35 II.
Minor drawbacks that could annoy someone include: - a glossy black surface that attracts dust; - the console's enormous (without exaggeration) size, which makes it more difficult to travel than earlier iterations. The Slim version of the console can address the scarcity of consoles at launch, which is why many people will have to wait a few months (or six months). However, since there are currently no games, it is not urgent: D
