Review on Goodyear Ultra Grip Ice Arctic 195/60 R15 88T winter by Adam Trela ᠌

Revainrating 4 out of 5

I³'m satisfied with the product, it³'s well made and the price is also satisfying.

I put this rubber on and was unpleasantly surprised how the car keeps dry asphalt at a speed of 100-120 km / h (before that, the Bridgestone Ice Cruiser 5000 kept dry asphalt better) the car floated and did not hold the road. The problem was partially solved by increasing the tire pressure to 2.2 atm became tolerable, the car began to work hard on asphalt joints. I think here the spikes play their role as if they create some kind of pillow. The tires are noisy but tolerable, you drive like on Gaz-66. Ice and snow porridge are excellent within reason. Land and mud in general can be fooled in the mud, the tread is deep, the spikes are tenacious. better.

Pros
  • Normal rubber, very soft
Cons
  • Noisy, does not hold dry pavement well
