I loved how it was easy to use for any business looking to attract quality candidates. The site can be easily integrated with existing CRM platforms like Salesforce, so that we're not just relying on 3rd party software to reach our prospects and clients through social media. We were able to use their website to increase our online presence by having job descriptions in multiple languages, and had other people reach out to me when they saw my profile or content so I didn't have to do much! We could also filter candidates through the platform to find the best candidate for our specific role. Some of the candidates were great but others were not qualified enough for the position. It took a bit longer to train some of our internal recruiters because the platform was very advanced at first. Make sure you have someone who has experience building websites to help get up and running The ease of use, mobile capability for both candidates and clients. The ability to upload your own logo and branding, which was lacking from other options. I would like to see it expand in more countries, such as Canada and the UK. It's not perfect but it has allowed us to find qualified candidates quickly. We look at many different platforms when searching for candidates and this one has been able to give us quick results.
