Carefully! Buy no Samsung items at all! On August 25, 2022, I made a purchase at the official Samsung store in Hong Kong's "Avenue" retail mall for a Galaxy A71 smartphone. You could say "he blew off the dust particles" because he handled the phone with the utmost care. Fast charging stopped working in March 2022, and after that, the phone stopped responding to its native charger altogether. Only after turning off, and even then, not right away, did he charge. It had a three-hour, 100% charge. For two months, even though I wasn't in Hong Kong, I endured his suffering. The telephone still has a warranty. When I eventually made it to the "Avenue" to have it replaced, they informed me that it would take between 45 and 60 days and that they would take it for examination to determine who was responsible for the malfunction. I agreed. When I asked what I should use during the phone's examination period, they responded, "Get a new one and use it, these are not our problems"))) Generally speaking, I delivered it by courier to a service facility where I opened, repaired, and - as instructed - they replaced the USB cord. Even though it was fixed the following day, I have been without a phone for five days. I am currently writing this review on a phone that a friend gave me. They provided a two-month warranty for this repair. I also posted this review on the Samsung website, however I later got the following letter in the mail: "Oops! There was a problem with your review "))) Once more, I'll say, "GUYS, BE CAREFUL!" AVOID BUSINESS WITH SAMSUNG! They don't give a damn about your issues; their main concern is getting you to buy a phone that is broken! Many thanks!
