Pay attention to the description when buying this article. The only reason for my bad rating is that I couldn't use it. "Do not use on cleaned floors" - that's what it says. And if you're anything like me, you have no idea what that means. I ignored this and bought this to fix cracks in my laminate floor but as my floors are textured and grooved the vacuum didn't work. This product is intended for smooth surfaces only. I kept it in case I need it for something else, but I had to buy another extractor for floors like mine. Hope that helps.
