Review on 🛀 Sinkology BOD-0903BC Seville Copper Drop-in Bath Sink: Elegant Aged Copper with Overflow by Robert Espinoza

This sink is great BUT be prepared to use some elbow wax to clean it after installation as the trim will come loose. I used plumbing to caulk the drain (common use) and it removed the trim! I couldn't believe it! To keep everything looking the same, I had to apply a coat of plumber's compound to it, strip it off to remove the dull finish, and then buff it with a microfiber cloth. It doesn't get to copper, so don't panic. It looks really good when you do it, still with the dark patina. I then bought Mother's Canuba Wax and waxed the surface (recommended by Syncology) and now it looks amazing. So if you're willing to put in a little extra time, it's worth it in the end! We love it! Also, another tip: use expandable foam, which comes in a small can (available at Lowe's or Home Depot), and run a scoop under the sink between the sink and countertop. This will "glue" it and hold it in place. Otherwise there is no way to keep it in place. Sincology also recommends this. It works. Just do these few things and you will love your new sink as much as we do! Very important!
