Review on πŸ‘Ά Capturing Precious Moments: Pearhead Newborn Baby Handprint or Footprint Clean-Touch Ink Pad in Timeless Black by Matt Hamilton

Revainrating 1 out of 5

Just buy a regular non-toxic ink pad!

My 4 month old was quite accommodating but it was the best we could get. Not worthy of a children's book. 5 prints and the ink is already becoming less durable. Also, it doesn't look like a "real" handprint because you're pressing on the back of the pad. So it's between her hand and paper. They don't see the true lines and swirls that make their arms 'hers'. It looks like a digital image of her handprint or something. I just had to get an ink pad. Washing your hands afterwards is not that difficult! And then I would have unlimited attempts to get a good print. Finally, the maps that come with it are terrible. They feel of very low quality and are slightly slippery. No wonder the prints took so long to dry. I used cotton paper for my thesis and they dried in two minutes.

Pros
  • Lots of positive vibes
Cons
  • No job
