When I first installed the screen, the touch function didn't work. I was disappointed and asked this question. Others said it worked for them and another said it didn't work anymore. I wanted to return it, but after a week, what do you know, it started working! I do not know what happened; did it have to "merge" with my screen to eventually work, or was it a miracle? I don't know, just glad it works as it should. I used it outdoors and it wasn't easy to see, but it was noticeable enough that I didn't have to stop working. You just won't see the details. Overall it looks good and the blue blocking works; My eyes don't get tired that easily at night.
