Helped me but my husband panicked and pulled it out too soon it was painful and bloody. But then again, he didn't follow the instructions. He pulled it out before it froze. I waited and everything was fine. Less painful than I thought. Works perfectly. I took off one star because the instructions were a bit complicated. The company contacted me after I posted a review with a video. (I have since deleted this video but you can see the review on my Instagram @thelindsaylist, it shows the bad experience my husband had - again his fault is not the products but I was afraid to put him on here keeping would be confusing and unfair ) I was told by the company that they have made an effort to make the instructions clearer so I'll add a start to my review. I took off a star because I found the wax and the tools provided were difficult to work with. The little paper cups were flimsy and didn't hold their shape when the wax melted. Aside from those two things, I've had good experiences when used correctly. I don't have much experience with home waxing. And it was the first time I made a nose wax. Something went wrong when my husband panicked and tried to remove it too quickly before it got hard. It's his fault and I didn't deduct a single star for not following the instructions! It wasn't a great experience for him! This worked well for me as I actually followed the instructions.
