Great for the price

If you wish to specifically target grip strength this is a great purchase, espically those starting out. The only problem with these is the lbs is off, the weights are not calibrated to what the actually number its off a little. These are also not the best for those wanting to maintain soft hands these will roughing the skin on your fingers and palms. Overall these are amazing for the price espically for a starter set.

Padding would be better but after a while it doesn't matter

Cons

The grips may not be suitable for use by those with arthritis or joint pain
