Update: I had to buy a spare wheel from Flash Furniture to fix the chair because I missed the 2 week warranty period even though the chair had been in storage for 14 months. Within 5 months of replacing the reel I was rolling across the floor and the entire reel mount broke at the base of the leg. There were 3 tiny welds holding it together and the metal just cut in two at all 3 weld points. Look at the photos. I also spilled a lot when the chair broke. Pros: 1. Huge chair, very wide seat and roomy backrest2. Comfortable enough 3. Easy to assemble Cons: 1. The seat material is wrinkled and wrinkled2. One of my scooters bent (see photo) after only 10 months of use. I only used this chair for 10 months before one of the casters buckled. I was rolling on a slick concrete floor and must have hit something supporting one of the wheels, causing the stem to bend. Before I could contact Flash Furniture we had a fire and had to store this chair for a little over a year while they rebuilt the house. When I returned the chair and attempted to replace the wheel, the warranty had expired by 2 weeks. I would have preferred to write a review about how exemplary customer service was at Flash Furniture, but they didn't step up in a timely manner despite knowing the product had failed within 10 months of purchase. Technically you are right, my warranty ended today, but sometimes there are circumstances that allow you to flex the rules a bit. I think some companies do their best and some don't. Selling me a new video is more important than getting a regular customer for life.
