I have an old scanner that recently received code P0496. Not only was this code not included in the booklet that came with it, I was unable to reset my CEL (aka MIL). Autophix Om121 shows the same code with description. The code is also in the manual and I was able to clear the code and reset the CEL with the push of a button. Oooh! I keep the old scanner as a spare.
