I have used this body shaper for several months before writing a review. It does make you sweat, without a doubt you will be soaked. The shoulder straps are the worst. It creates friction as you run leaving a horrible chaffing burn where the side of your breast meets your armpit. It does have a really good snugged fit but can be difficult to remove once you are sweaty. I recommend putting a t-shirt on, between your body and the shaper, to protect you from chaffing and to make a little less difficult when taking off.Overall, I am pretty much satisfied with the product. If you are looking for something to make you lose weight or inches, this is not the product for you. You will do better buying the $10 Gold's Waist Trimmer from Walmart.
