Doesn't turn off the air supply after minor use.

As other reviewers have reported, the airflow doesn't shut off after about a year of light use. When I first discovered these V-style fittings I thought they would be great as they work with both M-style (default) and V-style fittings. I could keep the M style on my nail guns and this fitting would fit both but I bought 4-5 of these hose fittings and my compressor and most if not all have failed and will not shut off the airflow now. and I'm replacing everything back to the M style (what a waste). Very disappointed in Milton on these connectors and I'm done with them.
