UPDATE: Below is my first estimate. This update is a few weeks after installation. There were several overlooked motion detectors. The boxes were delivered to my door multiple times resulting in no notification or video recording. I also check my cameras at least three times a day. after about three weeks of use, the battery charge has already dropped by 1/3. So I'm downgrading this system to two stars. First review: When starting live view, the system should wake up the cameras. This explains why the batteries last so long, but it takes a few seconds to wake up the camera, a few more seconds to 'connect' to the camera and then a few more seconds to close live view start. On average about 15-20 seconds. As mentioned in other reviews, the Wi-Fi connectivity isn't great. Sometimes this can significantly delay the connection to the camera. Sometimes I get connection errors and have to try again even though I'm on a full Wi-Fi connection and no other devices are using the bandwidth. Excellent. A live containment scenario for an intruder is unlikely unless they linger for a while. On the other hand, the video is very clear. I know this service works because we rented a house that already had an apartment and accidentally turned on the system. The previous tenants did not turn off the service, the police responded. Overall, I rate the video surveillance with 2 points, the easy installation with 4 points and the satisfaction with the service with 4 points.
