Review on 🔧 WIX Filters Coolant Spin Filter: Enhancing Engine Performance and Protection by Smiley Edwards

This filter is included with my coolant filter so I used it a few times before noticing the filter itself was rusting. When I first changed the filter I noticed rust so I did a superflush with Rebuild and Rebuild+ with 30 gallons of distilled water and Fumoto valves to drain the block. After all that, and to make sure I was getting a clean mix of water and coolant, I installed a new filter. I changed the filter on my next oil change and it was rusty like the others. Then I went for Fleet Guard filters, which are supposed to filter the coolant. I've never seen a filter as rusty as Wix. They're easy enough to replace and I'm sure they'll filter some, but the way they rust inside I was afraid the filter would cause more rust in the coolant system than the particles it filters out.
