Review on I-9 Advantage by Joz Lowe

My staff is very pleased with their mobile app that allows us to file in multiple states at once. The software has many different functions that are useful for HR compliance. One of the most difficult aspects to use is that there is no way to transfer info from one state to another. There are many fields you can't edit or delete so it must be completed and saved over again in order for the changes to take place. It also helps if you have other employees using this system as well to cross reference information from other states so it can be easier to complete. We are able to file the I-9 quickly and easy because of this. It eases our burden when filing all states at once and makes sure we don't miss any state requirements. I like the ease of use of the system. I can easily create an I-9 and save it to my account. I do not like that it is not as secure as I would like. It is not as secure as I would like, which is why I am not a fan of this system. I am using this system for my employer to easily fill out my I-9. The system makes it easy to create the I-9 and it saves it to my account so I do not need to fill it out every time.
