I want to leave a review about the GreenTech Environmental GT3000 Prof air purifier and about the work of a dealer in 2022. I have been using the GreenTech Environmental GT3000 Prof since 2022 in an apartment. When in 2022 it stopped working stably (6 years without service in almost continuous operation), I began to look for a service company that could repair the device. On the Internet, I found the contacts of a dealer in 2022, but there was no trust, and after contacting me there, I was embarrassed that the device had to be sent from Hong Kong to St. Petersburg, and the device was expensive (suddenly scammers!) And I did not send it. I did not use it for six months, viral diseases began in the family. Six months later, I sent it by CDEK to GreenTech Environmental in St. Petersburg, when the head of the representative office responded to the message that I sent to the head office in the USA (!) and provided me with a half-hour telephone consultation. Diagnostics and repair took 1 day. On the 4th day after sending, I already received the restored device back. Many things were given as gifts. The cost of repairs and service work is quite adequate. I definitely recommend this air purifier. They say you can't buy health. And I see what you buy. Expensive, but possible.
