Review on Cocopar Upgraded Portable Monitor FreeSync Kickstand 15.6", 1920X1080P, 60Hz, Anti-Glare Coating, Flicker-Free, Frameless, Y156FH7R, HDMI by Matthew Liebenstein

The 15 inch Cocopar monitor has very vivid colors and very crisp text for my use case which is mostly software development and office applications. I don't play games on my laptop but the video is very clear. I am very happy with this monitor as it complements my 15 inch Lenovo T580 laptop. Although this monitor's display is MUCH better than the laptop display. very neat and useful feature that allows you to stand alone. This means I don't have to use a separate stand. (Note: I have another 15" portable monitor with a vinyl folder on top of the case and stand, and the monitor sometimes slips, so I carry a separate stand with rubber feet). The Cocopar monitor has rubber strips on the bottom edges to prevent slipping. Another nice feature is that when I unplug the monitor, my settings (e.g. brightness) are saved. On my monitor from another brand, the settings are lost when I turn off the device. (Note about this feature: On my low power laptop (65W) the display dims when the brightness goes above 80 without AC power and you have to plug it in to see the screen on AC power). 50 percent brightness is bright enough for me, and I always use an outlet for the monitor when I'm at home and just a USB-C cable when I'm on the go. This monitor comes fully equipped with all the necessary accessories including a power adapter, USB-C cable and screen protector. I was particularly impressed by the monitor sleeve that came with it. That seems well thought out. It has a large front pocket to store cables and power adapter and I have a very soft interior to protect my monitor and it fits easily in my backpack along with my laptop. Very impressed with this monitor because of the very nice display, built in stand and accessories that came with it has proved to be a great value to me. And there is a three-year guarantee!.
