Small oval shaped screws make it difficult to mount the unit to the wall once the wiring and brackets are installed. Major Complaint: 1 out of 6 fails after 10 hours; don't want to tackle. Monica from Customer DIS-SERVICE first sends me a 560-word reply admonishing me to make sure I've installed them correctly (after explaining that I've installed six and they all work except this one, which after 10 hours usage failed). I say I want a replacement. The next day she tells me that there is no more inventory. Do I accept a refund? Why yes I will accept but now I have an unbalanced RV setup. This is a short-sighted and purely for-profit business. DO NOT BUY HERE unless you wish to maintain the lowest level of capitalism. Strive for the best, much better.
