Received towards the end of October. On the November bed through the coldest days on January 25th. A controller has failed. It does not begin. Shut down my work page to replace it on my partner's page. Worked for 3 months and one controller failed. Not worth it if it goes wrong. Update: The thermal fuse has blown in position F2 on the controller board. It was cold so I fixed it, saved myself hundreds of dollars but didn't buy this product again. Not sure if a more expensive model would have better shifting, but definitely wouldn't reconsider this purchase. blew Replaced with the part specified and only lasted a few weeks. I will replace the thermal fuse again, but I will not buy this device or anything like it again. Next year we will look for a different model.
